Well you drove 10,00 miles, I wouldn't call that wasted.
It's had it's life. I don't know how much it was, but the ones for morini are around $150.
$150/10,000 miles = $0.75 every 50 miles, not even close to the cost of gas + oil if you got 50mpg.

Kinda a bummer that you got this far and gave up on the cylinder. Don't get me wrong- I'm happy for ya! The liquid cooled will be a real nice upgrade but I was really hoping to hear your squish clearance numbers and how much the compression could've been improved by adjusting it etc... so close to the last few details of knowing how to build a strong scoot engine. Hopefully the new cylinder will slap together fine with no adjustment needed.

I won't be installing the Liquid cool for a few weeks so I'm still planning to make this current kit work with your help. I'm just having trouble finding the solder...

I am emotionally invested in your scooter now haha.

All rad installs will require work/mods.Doubt if you'll find something that'll 'plug-n-play'...

All rad installs will require work/mods.Doubt if you'll find something that'll 'plug-n-play'... I understand. Has anyone worked on something like this? I already bought the BBK and the electric pump, I know I need some kind of radiator and hose, but do I need anything else?
