The Kymco has a low beam headlight out. Anyone know any good place online to buy one? Also I will be parking my scooter outside. Does anyone have any bad experiences with parking yours outside? Is it worth it to buy some sort of wheel lock?

I think they have a 35W H4 bulb. H4 is pretty common so you can find those all over the place online. You can get them in auto parts stores, but they're probably going to be 55-65W. Higher wattage bulbs may be too hot and you may risk melting things or very worst case it could be a fire hazard. Could be a great upgrade, but beware if you try it that there's a risk.
There have been plenty of scoot thefts or attempted thefts posted here. I'd advise figuring out a way to secure the scoot. If it's outside full time, a cover is not a bad idea either.

My strong recommendation is at those prices I would beg borrow or steal (just my outlaw heritage) the cash and buy both.Don't know about prices in your area but those are steals,IMO

Probably a stupid question but i'm new to this and my friends keep doing that no it won't, the engine has to be turning for it to suck in gas. my friends do the same thing and it bothers me too lol. I don't think people realize how fragile the throttle tube actually is.

Some 4Ts use an accelerator pump. It'll squirt a small amount of fuel in each time the throttle is pumped. Shouldn't be present on the 2Ts.

Whats the best kind of Lock for a scooter? I've seen those Kryptonite chain locks but they're like 80 bucks.

Get the Kryptonite if you want to keep your scoot. Not only that, but I suggest multiple locks. If you have holes big enough in your brake rotor then I highly recommend one of these: Thieves are ingenious and quick and they don't give two shits that you worked hard to buy that scoot. Another deterrent is to remove the kick starter. Not to go into detail, but they need it to steal it and if it's not there and has a good lock, they'll move onto the next poor sap.
