How's about that there video. ?? I'll get to it tomorrow since I'm not driving to the other side of town to work on the scoot. I'm sure that I'll have to edit it some so I know it'll take a bit of time. That and I'm lazy

Man that prebug is coming together nicely! I know your pain with the tweaker harness! Look custom quick disconnects for when fires started! Thank you. I finially got the rest of the harness done yesterday and everything is working as it should

First run AND the first time using the camera. Didn't have a mount with me so it's sorta all over the place. I'm surprised that the wind didn't mess with the audio.
This was also when it wouldn't run with an air filter.

Are you running the stock weights on there? Im going to start tuning my prebug swapped jog this weekend and would like to know what the stock roller weights are so i get an idea of a starting point.

In that video it had the stock weights in it and I'm not sure what they are. Probably around 6 grams? I don't have a scale so I'm not sure. Since the video I mixed in some 3.3 gram rollers and it did pretty good, but were still too heavy. Tried straight 4 gram (the lightest tuners I have) and they're too light. Gonna get 4.2 or 4.3 grams and see how those work.
With the ZX pipes and stock tranny I've always had the best performance with the rollers and clutch springs that come with the pipes, which I believe is 4.2, but maybe 4.3 rollers.
edit: the leo weights are 4.3 grams

It's on a golf course so most of them are older. No one's complained or anything but it feels very out of place. I suppose a real tuner should have a gram scale for measuring rollers, huh? I guess I'll get one

Haven't done anything to the scoot this week, but last weekend I did wet sand the paint and applied three coats of clear (krylon). I'm letting it cure the whole week before I wet sand again and polish. It's come out far better than I thought that it would. The seat when I first got it: After liquid shoe polish (didn't wipe off): 3 coats of clear and still un-pollished Still a few little things that need to be cleaned up or painted, mostly around the controls, but that's simple and will only take a few minutes. I also bought a Top Trophy Black from PIG. Haven't even opened it up yet because I need to get more jets and piston pin bearing. Need mo money first Other than that, it's basically done. And too damn cold to ride the little thing
