That's just how they made the template. That straight pipe won't fit s**t. You need to make many templates to work the angles. I made a mina horizontal which was easy compaired to this vertical. The head pipe didn't even make it to the bottom of the motor. My plan is to keep it tight to the fan shroud then close to the body panels in the rear. Silmilar to this but with an intergrated muffler.  Wowzers, I think I messed up my trousers! That pipe is ridiculous! That thing would be mine if I had a Honda. Who makes that thing? |

Awesome, yes. But I'd be afraid of it hitting something being so low looking at the muffler Lucky for me I usually take left hand turns low, rights not so much. It will be close I'll just keep clean underwear with me just in case. Lucass are there many Dio's over there?? |

Lucass are there many Dio's over there?? None! We don't have the Dio, Spree or Elite over here. The honda engined scoots never really got popular over here. Minarelli and Piaggio based scoots dominate the Western European market (Holland, France, Germany). The only Honda scoots that got semi-popular where the Honda Vision (i guess those are quite similar to the Dio), Honda SFX and Honda X8RS. But there are nowhere as common as any Piaggio/Minarelli scoot. We also don't have all those aftermarket parts they've got in Asia. |

That's a bummer. The vision is similar you can use its 40mph speedo in place of the elites 35mph. If you ever come across one let me know.

We got more Honda Dios then Yamaha Jogs here, and we have a lot Jogs. Too bad that I am not too fond of those Hondas. Still I would never turn a "free" Dio down.  |
