This will be the resting place for my Honda build. I got this a few weeks ago after desiring one for years. They never come up for sale around here. I enjoy this more them my full MHR Keeway. It's super lite and fun. Here is a free over range I discovered rear pulley from a Aprilla DiTech Original Aprilla I order a bunch of parts but still not sure which way I'm going. I have a corsa sitting on my bench and have a 50mm bore on its way along with a v8 pipe. I also plan on doing a disc brake setup on it. That's all for now.

The color is really nice. Never thought I'd like purple but that shade is nice.

Looking very nice.
If it would be possible, I would modify this thing to have front disc brakes.

I started going through my 2001 EliteS that I picked up over the summer tonight, it looks like a pile of poo compared to yours. A few body parts are missing or cracked.
I put a autotech 48mm cylinder and a V8 pipe on my Kymco super fever a while back and enjoyed it until I had to park it because of a bad crank bearing. Just like you I also have a corsa cylinder on the shelf. I want to put it on the Kymco but I cannot afford a crank to go with it right now, so I may use the corsa on the Elite along with the stock Honda crank which is supposed to be a strong crank. I also have a Phongeer short pipe to match it with.

My daughter's boyfriend has a Kymco ZX 50 with the Honda based engine that he wants to beef up. I am looking for suggestions as to what kit to use. I've been following the post for a while to see what kind of results you have seen in your experiences. This type of engine is completely different than any I have dealt with in the past. Looking forward to seeing how it goes for you guys.

Thanks everyone, this is one super clean scoot. 250 original miles. Front disc brakes can be fitted using Ruckus trees and adapters for the bearings. Eventually I'll change the wheels to tubeless when I do the brake conversion. Even though this is shorter then the Triton/ CPI style scooters I'm actually more comfortable on this as you can stretch yor legs out because of the floor board design. I think I'll be racking up miles on this one.

Man that thing is so cherry, I don't know if I could do any mods to it!
Yesterday I ground out the restriction that was in the head of the stock pipe, and upjetted the carb just a little. I also found 3 pinholes in the gas tank, so I guess I am at a stand still until I can get another tank or fix the one I have.

I can't leave it stock, I might get passed by a 4 poke. Although 35-40 stock isn't to bad.

The delivery man stopped by yesterday and dropped off some parts. My exhaust left Taiwan Friday and came on Monday- 4 days and the post office can't get packages one state away here that quick. I got both my cylinders I'm leaning towards using the Polini corsa. They are both nice quality I've read lots of good things about the corsa plus it's factory ported. But the 50mm bore has nice boost port. Corrosion was generous and is letting me try out a phbg clone I just need my intake and I'll start assembly. Maybe I'll pull the motor tonight.
