This is turning into one very cool scoot and is great entertainment (for me) to watch you build it.

If your Honda case is like my Kymco AF16 clone the boost port will be small and be a closer match to the Corsa cylinder. I put a 48mm cylinder from Autotech on my AF16 clone, and I did not match the cases to the large boost port on the cylinder, and it worked just fine. I did not want to split the cases to enlarge the boost port, and if I enlarged the boost port, it would no longer match up to the Corsa that I may use later.

The Corsa will rip. A Corsa on AF16 with just a pipe, gears, vari, carb, and intake can be one hell of a ride!! A buddy of mine has an Elite and ran the 50mm Taiwan bore, now he went Corsa and is glad that he did!!

Good work on the drain plug. Weird that it doesn't already have one :/

From my reading the AF18 Dio has it not the us version AF16. I just added because I like to know what's going on in there without splitting it.

Wouldn't it be better, to use a magnetic scren for the drain plug?

I could use a magnetic screw but I didn't have one. Still heavy particles will settle to the bottom and at least it has a drain now

I know that's supposed to be the drain. I just don't like the idea of either tipping it over or pulling motor for a complete drain. I like to be different

Question for a Honda dude. Why do all you guys all use the cast iron, double ring Corsa and not the Alu nicasyl Malossi MHR replica with triple exhaustport? Cast iron is inferior to nicasyl. Myself i wouldn't even bother building a performance engine with a cast iron cylinder.

Durability? A little more forgiving? I wonder too. I've had a couple mhr replicas and they're awesome.
