You could do a different colored lip. I did black and grey on my Venus. Looked less boring than a plain single color wheel to me.

White letters on tires are super sexy. I did mine and it makes the Scooter lot more sporty. Check hereWheel color....hmmm...maybe something like Brent showed or maybe black with a color trim? If the Scooter is blue maybe flat black with blue trim? Or very crazy but difficult to paint. Center blue, outer black with a gradation between the colors and a blue trim on the outer black background. Make sense? Here a sample; I know it is not a wheel shape but I think you get the idea.

Here is a triton wheel I pinstriped years ago. Maybe like this but with a matching purple. Hmm decisions... Here is the wheel, stock just for tubeless tires.

Thanks it's got a nice crackle to it. Pulls good max rpm was about 11.3k. Good working range about 8-9800 I'm now realizing why people use extended motor mounts... To keep the front wheel down. I'm digging it

My last post was a misprint... Some how I tweeked the pipe and had a decent crack at the head pipe I over looked. Which was present in that last video. Fixed that and went for a full throttle run and I found my max rpm was 13150. Pretty insane for being non ported and stock crank. I think I know what's in my future. Not sure of the speed I'm sure well over 60. Stock speedo only goes to 35. I wasn't planning on going on the road I did so I didn't have my GPS app running. Running strong, temps are in check, variator travel is great. Only thing is it burns fuel quick. It's nice to finally have a motor work great without a lot of grief.

It's finally happening, I've got a jdm dio af28 headset on its way to me. There us a bit of work that needs to be done to get it to work such as changing the bars and the steering stem. Changing the stem requires different fork legs, if I'm changing the fork legs I might as well do a disc setup. Now my wheels won't work for a disc. The list goes on. The needed stem doesn't fit the frame so here comes the scalpel. I'll document this the best I can. Stay tuned. Here is the headset

Making things work that are not plug and play is still kinda uncharted territory in the scooter world.

I'm super pleased with this scoot so far I can't wait for some parts to show up for my front end. I'm just not sure now if I should get a stock looking front wheel for a disc or just aftermarket wheels. The stock replacement would be the cheaper route.
