Fan cover gasket, manual fuel thingamajigger that I'm hoping will just fit in place of the vacuum one on the tank, and a Scrappy oil cooler kit are in the mail. I'm pretty sure the "filter" in the Scrappy kit is just a screen in an aluminum case. Can anyone link me to an actual oil filter that I can use in this thing? Horn is fixed and working and I wired up the siren to the hazard light switch, and holy hell it's loud. I'm hoping I can put the oil cooler in front of the siren. Also recorded some videos of a couple things. One, I think that it's burning oil for a little bit after I start it up. I could be wrong though. Even if it is oil, it's probably just from the cheapo BBK and will hopefully be gone when I put the new one on. In the other video my starter bendix sounds like a bell if it's leaned to the left even a little bit, even just the kickstand. How can I fix this? It's pretty annoying..

Does your horn have the little adjuster screw on it? If it does then mess around with it to see if you can fix it.

The only time I've seen real oil filters on the GY6 family have been when people did oil pumps for cooler setups. In that case, just google inline oil filter and find a solution for your hose sizes. Magnetic drain plugs are about the best easy add-on option to reduce harmful junk circulation that I know of.

Meh, $15 and I won't even be able to use the filter screen thingy one because that's where the oil lines for the cooler will go. I could always just glue a neodymium (hard drive) magnet to the side of the block or something..

After searching for awhile, I found a glass filter with adapters for a good price shipping from the us. 8 bucks.

I added the cost of everything I've ordered for my scooter to date, even the shipping cost for the Loctite I used on the variator.
*ahem*
$711.97
I have a problem, and a lot of spare parts. Who wants an entire PD18J with airbox and intake manifold? Only $711.98.
Really though, if you want to buy it PM me. Pls.

Oil cooler arrived. How am I gonna put the fine mesh filter on? I can't just cut the steel line, can I? Also what are the brass tubey things in the bag for?

Oh yeah, another question, just how do they expect me to use the syringe? Are the connectors removable? I know nothing..

The leaning tower of power: So I found a rubber o ring in my box of head parts and stuff on my desk and I assumed it was for the intake manifold since it's the same size, but that one is already installed.. No idea what it's from AT ALL.

Probably just a spare. I can't think of anything else up there that would be that size. There's an o-ring on the cam chain bolt that's behind the variator that would be in the ballpark of the same size IIRC. Drawing a blank otherwise. These are pics of my original and a replacement.
