You talking about the orange fan pulley? Which I bought only cause it was on clearance at scooter tunning ?

If it's an AC motor, you shouldn't be running it without the fan shroud.

Yeah it'll run hot without them. You're lucky it's winter time, otherwise you could have a melted motor on your hands. I would put them back on before you even think about starting it again.

Yeah, you need that shroud to direct air over the cylinder.
Very clean looking scoot.
LEDs may be effective in those housings. They didn't work out too well for me in standard headlight housings.

I meant to tell you that I thought that was a cool looking scoot. All those inlets, or whatever they are, make it look tough.
