So I'm guessing these are restrictors on the yasuni c16 , now my question is I know this is a bad a$$ exhaust but do I really need to remove them or is the exhaust is good enough with them , I don't care about noise the louder the cooler lol. Gonna have to some cvt tuning clutch springs and tourqe spring when I do install the new pipe

Pretty sure there's videos, or at least written tutorials on how to remove them if you can't finger it out

This is NOT the Yasuni Carrera 16
This is the Carrera/City 16.07
Honestly, if it was advertised I would request money back, as the trajectory of the 16.07 for Minarelli is different to the C16 (you cannot keep your main stand with the C16) and the resonance length of the whole exhaust is different! It is still a great exhaust, but you know.. principle... Where did you buy it from?
Also, there may be a restriciton in the Silencer (there used to, with E-normed Yasunis)

the c16/07 looks alot nicer. alot nicer/ and its not as peaky. i would be pleased with the mistake as you are using it for street anyway. thats my two cents.
yazuni knows what they are doing but the regular c16 sounds crumby anyway.

Yea the c16 seems very peaky..10,200rpms seems to be the peak power paired with the stage 6 sport pro mk2 without porting imo

Before my Zip, i had Yamaha BWs with Minarelli Hor LC swap. It had S6 Sport PRO MKII unported paired with MHR Team2 exhaust it made 16,3whp on dyno and Team2 exhaust makes peek power at 12,5-13k. Sport PRO really likes to make power in hi RPMs.

Piaggio MkII is 189/130, which is way higher than "sport cylinders" used to be.
Backstory:
Scooter Attack shaped the European scene as being market leader and being behind associations such as the DSSC and the media magazines. All companies are/were based in the same location. Now, they went ahead and created their own rules in the drag classes. Sure these rules were necessary. What is a "Sport"category (single exhaust port), what is a Mid race, racing 70 and open class.
Back when SPORT started, it soon became the most competitive, with people pushing for more and more horse power and a lot of customization. I remember seeing a DR Evo (Top perf. black, cast iron cylinder) with 17hp. the only thing left there was basically the cylinder. Back then a SPORT cylinder was cast iron/minachrome alloy in the range of 175-185 (180 mostly) in exhaust timings, 5 ports (aside from the TP, which had 8!) and DOUBLE ringed pistons. FAR from being competitive. Then SA launched Stage6 (yes, they are behind Stage6) and pushed their brand, so that S6 products were the leading products allowed in the categories, without major porting. The Athena Sport/Stage6 Sport was THE ONLY cylinder in aluminum allowed in the sport category. 6 ports, 1 piston ring. You could call it a total unfair advantage. Now they advertise the MkII as a sport, but the damn thing has port times of former Racing cylinders.
I run a MkII Sport not because it is a Sport cylinder, but that thing is a beast. Unfair in its category, but here, who cares. It is NOT a sport cylinder. reasons why a C16 performs incredible on it, because the C16 is designed for 185/190 port times. It is considered an exhaust for MidRace/Racing cylinders, which the S6 Sport is. That's my two cents, I love this scene!

And theres no such thing in small 2stroke engine (up to 100cc) as power down low. Trottle should have 2 states. On or OFF

I'm still waiting on my stage 6 red hard clutch springs which is stuck in New York because of the stupid snow storm! been waiting a week now it should have been here if it wasn't for that.. I'm ready to replace those 1k clutch springs I have now.. I could have had more power but I had to lower the compression ratio because I was getting spark knock. I really have no access to higher octane fuel 100+ in my area
