Its really not that hard to set up either. Set the main clutch springs as you would Any other clutch then fine tune with the pillow spring. The pillow springs are on the outside of the clutch so all you have to do is remove the bell. Plus the pillow spring are pretty soft so they're a piece of cake to swap.

I also took advantage of treatland 16% off sale. Picked up another set of trail tech cht/rpm gauges(yeah go figure after my cheaper alternative thread) I just like the fact of having of being able to both them and rpm at the same time. Snagged a couple tools, jet kit for OKO carb, reeds, race clutch, another variator and a set of mirrors. Wanted to get the free shipping option too. What an excuse to get free shipping. lol

Great info, Thanks! I got my Phongeer short pipe, a Corsa kit, and a couple Phongeer drive faces from VTcycles last year. They gave me a great deal, too bad they seem to have disappeared from feebay.

He moved and I think his parts in are in different storage containers. That's what I've gathered from him recently. If you email him he'll get back to you and has great prices. He just runs on island time.

Last night I bought a Malossi RS1 310mm shock for the Zog project. I also grabbed a 40mm spacer so I can play with that and the 60mm to see what I like better. And its a slippery slope indeed, because now I have a hole in my pocket as Im looking for a Malossi MHR OR, and a Dellorto and looking is always the beginning of the end for my bank account, because I always end up buying it sooner or later.

Ordered 49/17t final gears or whatever for $20 off Ali and a 24mm socket off eBay for the rear wheel nut. DLH variator kit arrived, cheapo tach/cht/hour meter is on it's way, and a cheapo alarm/remote start as well.

Hi i measured my rear shock on the 2006 Jog and it is 220mm on the stand and 210-215mm with both wheels on the ground. Would a new shock say 260mm raise the ride height at the rat by the 40-50mm difference. thank you

I just recently purchased 2 that were longer than stock, but the spring is super soft and now I have a really bouncy ride that can easily bottom out. From experience, do your homework before purchase. Cheap shocks are usually cheap for a reason lol

Been trying to aquire one of these Kytronik Universal Pickup Filters (PiFi) without paying $40-$80 just for shipping! They're out-of-stock everywhere in the U.S. The nice gentleman Corey from scooterfix.ca (Canada) is going to get me one with his next order from Germany. Only about $35 total! But have to wait a few weeks...
