I've heard good things from those who run them. They say they just lock in, no slip. I'll have it Thursday

I adapted this screen to my HD 200. Ordered screen only for $60 and used superior mount hdw. from Fabbri winter windscreen that I removed. Some bending and persuasion with dead blow hammers was necessary. It mounts very rigidly to the sig. stalk mounts underneath the handlebars. Turn signals were relocated ala European, etc. in the handle bar fairing. Please don't tell the DOT Police on me.   After getting the height right I love it. Small enough to hardly create aero drag at all.  |

tsimi is running the same one, but blue LED. For US$13 with PayPal protection I can't go too far wrong. I had been trying to use these cheaper ones, just because there nearly 1/2 the size of the one I just ordered, but the first was DOA and the second isn't showing anywhere near the correct temperature.

I'm gonna go back into your build thread and maybe check that out. There's a hole I need to fill with something, maybe I'll try to save a few bucks and not get the vapor.

Took advantage of the sale treatland is having and ordered a Malossi RHQ crank for Kymco motor, a set of the super tall gears like gsx600racer is putting in his Kymco, and an intake that will let me use a 19mm PHBG dellorto carb with the stock Kymco reed block. |
