Hi All I received some more bits today Filter Spark Plug Brake Pads Main Jets Need to get the following but not sure what or where from 15x12 rollers in 6.5g standard and a couple sets for tuning say 1 size lower 6g and 1 size higher 7g Belt too many options 788mm/796mm803mm x 16mm/16.5mm/16.6mm/17mm x 28/30 standard and kevlar contra 1000, 1500, 2000 clutch springs as above i will be stick with the stock Jog variation and torque drive as i think i can still get more performance out of it with some tuning. The only mod to the stock scooter is the CF Posh CDI and when i put the better filter on. Exhaust was not restricted.

Tsimi told me about the sale that they are having at scooter attack and that it's only going on for a few days. Anyway, didn't want to miss the chance to save 30 dollars on a part that I need. Thanks Tsimi! A 280mm Stage6 disk I also have a set of Brembo RCS brake and clutch (dual disk brakes) master cylinders on the way. I found a really nice Frando caliper and Frando steel braided lines as well. I'll be ordering those in the next couple of weeks. Once I get a few more parts then I'll start a build thread on the 05, which has been a long time coming together.

^^^ WAHT THE FARG, SPAZ!! YOU BUILDING A SUPERBIKE?? WOW... drool drool A track bike with slicks and all that I'm going to run on the streets. I'm also teaching myself how to make split molds now so that I can make new body panels in the shape that I want because I can't stand the shape of the Zuma panels.

Just ordered an adapter that will let me fit a 4 piston caliper on the rear instead of the 2 piston I'll now be running a matching set of Frando HF-1's I also got a shock riser hoping to make more of an aggressive stance by raising the rear and lowering the front by raising the tubes in the tree.

Ordered an aluminum intake with neoprene bushings and a steel support brace for my Honda Helix. Gotta love having a power sports shop close, just walked in and ordered. Seems the CN250 intake is a very common P.O.S. that easily tears.
Tried finding one online, but could only find rubber stock adapters. I figured its worth fifty bux, to not go through this again.

$200 shipped at partsforscooters.com sale ends at the end of the month. You can get the clutch cheaper but my bell is shot so I needed the set.

I picked up a spare motor for my Hyosung SF 50. It was $100 on eBay and looked to be in good shape. It may be my build motor and keep the other one stock.
