Where you class this as a build or not I'm unsure, so theirs nothing wrong witg my beloved scoor i just want a fresh look! ^ that's it currently ^ And as of next week i move to Hull 210miles from my original home But ayy Wifes comes first well scoot does really shhh. And whilst ill be jobless for the first 2-3weeks their id like to to make this a Naked build - is it possible I'm no wiz genius i just have common sence which up to now has fixed my beloved several times Any help would be appreciated on how i could go about the naked look and what parts to keep ect ( footboard) (Mud guard)

There are different approaches to naked builds. The simple one is deconstruction. As Niz said, take off the panels as much as you can without removing things you need (lights for example). Going beyond that usually requires some fabrication ability and a little planning, but make the scoot more your own. Examples ;
- You could ditch the floorboard and make a custom floorboard that bolts on with existing mounts. You could chop the floor frame up (don't cut anything from the actual frame of the scooter of course) and attach foot pegs instead.
- You could remove the handlebar plastics, but you would need a plan for a headlight. It could mount in the front fairing if you keep that or you could come up with a bracket to mount the headlight and remove the front plastics too.
- You have to figure out how to keep turn signals. You could use stick on or bolt on aftermarket signals or maybe mirrors with signals integrated up front and a rear light assembly with signals. Lots of room for creativity.
Before you dive in, I would suggest looking the scooter over and thinking about what it is that you want and if it is a realistic goal for you and your budget.

I want rid of plastics really guys, want the "frame" look as its always been my favourite, under my steering collum its a bunch of wires are they already water proof? Or do i need to protect them and what could i use to do such

Video wont work I assumed some sort of silicone would work, will end up welding light on else where to make it different, never seen my model customised yet. Should be interesting

Bit the bullet and began taking plastics apart, Front end is naked and looks ace gets so much attention (kids like the looks) hahaa Keeping the little front bit to protect myself and wires from elerments Tomorrow will be taking the rear apart

Progress of as now, alot of rust visible but will sand and respray. Been difficult witg fiddley bits but i quite like it do far goinf on a drive to test the mobility as i assume it'll have changed with losing the dynamics of the bike fairings

I did similar to my almost exact bike, same Chinese type, same seat at one point but switched it, and switched it back. I cut some pieces to cover the wires, etc on the front frame tube, left enough in the front of the foot board to help keep road debris from getting me, and used a lot of pink duct tape. Mine was done because my brother laid it down too much and the plastics were barely hanging on. This is the poor thing a month ago. She's about to get loaned to a friend in need of transportation it might be her last days ;(

If you are going to ride on any wet roads, dirt, etc... you may want to consider some sort of front panels like tries has. Even something 6" wide between you and the tire can make a big difference in what you get hit with. Without the fender on the front they spray water and dirt into the air too. I have no front fenders on 3 of mine, but I wonder why sometimes on wet roads and dirt roads.
Note : I moved the posts from your second build thread about this scooter into the original thread that you started in the builds section about it. The idea of the builds section is to have 1 thread that is updated as you go, rather than a bunch of threads about the same scoot.

triesandluthSisters! Haha I hated the plastics on my beloved it was scabby and dirty needed a good clean but im to bone idle to do so, i love the naked style its unique and rare in my area!. Dude why so much tape! Tie wraps are the best haha my wires are fulla zip ties to neaten the up alittle. Need to weld footpegs but first make them retract for efficiency haha. Big plans little time Also 90GTVert cheers im no good on this forum as i have the app and its so confusing cheers for sorting it out !

So much tape to cover connectors for wet rides and on the tail light to hold the broken lenses in. Also, this pink was the best tape I had at the time. And my brother openly likes boys, it was his ride at the time, so I thought it was fitting lol.

Perfectly understandable if hes comfortable with that rock it out!, whats yours called? mine is known as Db50qt11 - GY6 49cc I dont mind the road debris hitting me haha i live in a city so dont really get it past 30mph unless im close to home Just need a place to refit my blinkers (front) And relocate my headlamp looking into aftermarket leds And a new dash and speedo. Itll keep me busy for awhile
