Couple days off for christmas allowed me to finish this model that I first posted back on page 60 of this thread. Now I need to get a stronger eyeglass prescription. It really reflects the light, it looks neat in the sun. Pics were with LED shop light. The ninja H2 looks cool.👍

The ninja H2 looks cool.👍 That's H2 RSilver bullet of all time. They claim the fastest top speed of over 250 mph, same claim as late Tesla Roadster. There must be a 250 mph aerodynamic speed barrier of sorts.

Someone got me the 1580-piece GTLM Porshe 911 that caught my eye in the Lego store the other day because the team always comes to race 6 hours at the Glen, my home track. Probably 10 hours into this, at least. 3/4 done, just starting to take form. One thing that bugs me, the engine does not model a true boxer engine, it's a flat V6 instead. Meh, c'mon lego. rear-end, mostly just framing

Been working a farm for the past 7 months. Everything from blueberries to walnuts. If it grows in our area, it grows there. Ugh.
Trans died in the car. First/second clutch lacks cooked. Thankfully I was able to reverse up a steep driveway, and coast into the sweet spot for 3rd to grab, and drove home.
Now I walk to work 3 miles each way daily. Fun.

That's gotta put you in great shape though man, you have got to be one of the healthier americans! Kudos for that

Monty (~105lb dog) was destructive over the holidays, so I've started working on repairing some stuff. Someone tossed one of his fetch toys into the hallway. He has 1 speed; full speed. He blasts through the door and slides into the wall, busting about a 1' diameter section of drywall. I cut that out and put in a new piece. Needs a lot of work because I'm bad at home repairs and don't enjoy them at all. It'll get there though. Then we locked him in a room when a friend and his kids came over for Christmas. He hates to be away from us, but he is aggressive and the kids are young. He tried to tear the doorway apart to get out apparently. The brass piece is on the door because he broke the door trying get to the other side once. I put a locking knob on the door because he learned to turn the knob and let himself in/out and it's all chewed up. I out in a new piece of trim. Also reinforced the door a bit. It's a floating threshold so I put 1/2" thick wood behind it and ran in 2 1/4" long #8 screws. Still have to deal with all of the filling, sanding and painting to make it look OK. Also took down the Christmas tree and got decorations back up in the attic. Put a crate in the tree's place, because I'm gonna start trying to get him in there instead of having him bust doors. He's a sweet dog to us, but he's either got some sort of separation anxiety or he thinks he needs to protect us.

The fun never ends around here. This one isn't Monty's fault. Moisture caused some issues in drywall by the tub so I cut a chunk out today. Gotta wait for dry weather to pick up a sheet of moisture resistant stuff.

Might need some insulation too.
There is always going to be water in that corner. A set of shower doors might help.

Today I am working on doing nothing after my massage this morning the heaviest thing I have picked up is a loaf of bread from co op to bring home. Went to buy a new cell phone and they tried to sell me something I don't need so left there. Told em I only wanted a simple phone for a grumpy old git. Now resting in bed in middle of afternoon with a Marmite toastie and a large hunk of cheese and thinking about a scooter ride in a bit if the sun stays out long enough.
