Did some garage cleaning today. Still not really clean, but there's a whole lot less dust and metal shavings on and under things.

today I cleared out my unit across the road of sons festival tat my tat and then sorted out 3 rag bags for rag rugging and rags for the garage where my unit is. Found an auto box which I did not know was in there from about 7yrs ago. I can even get to the flat packed shed of Yolanda's so I can do a bit of repair before it goes up in garden. Tat moved out so I could get in Tidy workshop Now rags to sort out

Milly,it,s all about self control, your going to burn out early,1 task a day is the way, weigh it up ponder the options, talk to us first,I ve started thinking of weeding the flowerbed I,m sure the dandylions will grow back before I am done, painting the Forth road bridge using a 2" brush instead of the 4".

Today I finished the shed floor and you will be pleased to know I didn't burn myself out Geoff I took your advice. In this heat I spent 3hrs on a 1hr job I was even to hot to go for a cycle ride after and did nothing except procrastinate. 😊

Cut grass for the first time this year. I guess in the absence of scoots, I needed a rush somehow. There's a ditch 5-6ft deep out front. Slid down the steep side sideways on the mower. Ended up with a wheel in the air and across the ditch. Eventually got it lifted and pulled around till I could push it and then drive it out. Pulled my back/side/hip... something or everything around there. Oh how I've missed cutting grass.

That chain was bad. I have the fixed panniers on my mountain bike. It's what I do the shopping on mostly. I do like the idea of these clip on one's though. Might be what I get next.

They are very good panniers it was some I didn't know I had left when son took on the bicycle business a few yrs ago. Sometimes it's worthwhile having a sort out. The weekend I will mainly be sorting tools I think.

I'm sort of back to work. After being told to generally stay away except for a daily walk through I was asked when I was going to finish the projects on my list . So today I sanded one of the theater floors, It's 5000 sq feet of masonite with about 10 coats of paint and 2000 screw holes in it. I used an orbital buffer/sander because I didn't want to go to bare masonite. It did the trick of smoothing it out ready for a couple of coats of paint. It was the most boring tedious thing I've done in a while. Now I hope it works. Edit: Here is the Theater with one coat.
