Son number one phones last night to take a couple of loads to dump in trailer. Travels 30mile then son number two rings asking same question. 😀 Second load being sorted while I make a sarnie.

I've met some swan(S?) with bad attitudes on the water. That one looks peaceful. Lol! I always watch out for the white swans or whatever they are. The wife fishes a lot and she says the damm things are gangsters! I was working on an A/C outside a house that had a small pond right next to it, there were two of the white birds in the pond. As I worked I kept close watch on them out of the corner of my eye. 15 minuets later I finally realized they were plastic! I told the homeowner and we both had a laugh because they had fooled her too. Apparently the HOA anchored them in the pond one afternoon when she was not there. She came home and saw them from the kitchen window and did not realize they were plastic till the next day because they had not left the pond. The damm things are common around here along with the Canadian geese that take a step, crap and repeat.

Geese are worse my mate had a few and when working on his lorry underneath they would gather round being all brave and hissing at me till I got out and stood up. Anyhow I went to dinner leaving my three tier fold out tool box open and big socket set, come back from lunch and they had pooped in both over everything.

Shifting 4 x 20 foot length of narrow gauge railway track down the road today. Funny how none of the helpers turned up. Good job a lot of point of balance comes into play for shifting. Not sure if youngsters taught that today.

That looks a bit scary. So you've given up on the model railway, and building a real one? Hope that dog house is water tight. 😲

Mid-space (star trek) rehabilitation plant Is it waking up from hibernation again? Yes, tho not so much in hibernation because it is always legal to terrorize the neighborhood. Sleeping until the road salt subsides.

More grass cutting. Then I went to get more gas for the mowers and the F-150's radio wouldn't come on. Pulled the radio fuse, checked it, put it back. Radio works again.

All sorts of hauling last couple days. Big project - Spring is supposed to be here but Winter keeps peeping. New tires on the bike, and building materials for the house. Very interesting weather to say the least. Bike back from new shoes Art, when you go really slow through slop LOADED

I was supposed to be working on the TMAX. I went to see if I could find my valve grinding compound or if I was going to need to order some. Then I got disgusted by how nasty I've let the top of my small toolbox get, where chemicals and such are stored. The first pic is with everything taken out, and this is after some small amount of cleanup. It sits right between the mini-lathe and the vise where I weld and cut and grind so it collects a lot of stuff. I cleaned it out and put down new liner. Then I arranged things so the top can actually close and it doesn't have to constantly collect debris. I should also stop collecting PTFE tape. My father used to work at a hardware store and he would randomly buy stuff that he thought we may need, which too often included that tape for some reason. Then I realized that if I keep the bandsaw in place, I can't open and close the lid because it runs into the table. I cut a notch in the table and now it all works together. Added bonus : I found more room to put stickers! Yes, there is a Harley Davidson sticker on my toolbox... but that's only OK because it's the Evel type.
