Some nice builds going on on the forum, bet this one is going to be a fun ride! A double has got to be a white knucle ride.

Ok, got the motor ripped out and set the twin in the stand to get the brain-gears rolling. Having a buddy bring over a gy6 hub because I have a suspicion it shares the same spline. If it fits I'll have it drilled for aerox wheel fitment. I'll also need to CNc a brake caliper block for the rear as the old rotor was on the exterior of the wheel. I'll take two Polini dio pipes, cut rotate and re weld to fit, and have two custom intakes made. Once I dial this wheel in the rest will be a breeze. My plan with this one is to take it slow, build the entire bike, run it, test it, then tear it all back, smooth the frame, coat it, powder the wheels, and do the finishes. Takes way longer but I'm ready to slow down and put the time in on this one

Do the mounting tabs line up well for the BCD panels?

no, they are so far off its not even funny That's what I've been told before, glad you just confirmed it. I know it's doable, but what's your opinion on how difficult?
