So, I have been wanting to do a twin for a LONG time. I priced out the full blown mxs/bidalot setup, and it's strictly race, and in the price of $6-9K. for just the engine/wheel. I decided that wasn't going to work. i wanted a streetable bike. This cute little guy popped up a few weeks back, and I decided to pull the trigger. The plan is to take this zuma donor, strip it down to the frame, run full BCD fairing kit (as shown), Jog RR white/gold, or bright blue wheels, (haven't decided). likely going to build customer over the top pipes ( i hope). Looking for a modest 20-25Hp, which I think is achievable. Its been too long since i've done a swap/off the wall build, and im REALLY excited to work this one out. I'm going to take my time on this one, and do it right, from the ground up. The motor is a twin 125cc 2 stoke italjet 125. Its no powerhouse by any means, But the sound, and the aesthetics, and the idea of having 20hp on sport bores sounds great to me. Should make quite a bit of torque too. in stock form the make 14/15Hp. The motor is lighter than expected, id say its the same as a LC mina engine.     |

Nice project. But tell us more about the engine. Where did you find it, you have upgrades in mind, are you gonna (can you?) fabricate anything yourself or go with plug and play? Are you gonna port the cylinder? Good luck btw!  |

Oh, those Endy pipes...they never had any succes in the 50cc two stroke scooter scene. At least not in Europe.
Endy doesn't have any performance 2T pipes and the only model with an expansion chamber really looks like a cheap, low-end product.
I wouldn't buy it. Thats because i've never heard a real person talk about them, seen one in real life, seen one on any forum, or seen one besides advertised on only 1 dutch webshop (www.50cc.nl).
It's prob something like Laser exhaust. Excellent with 4poops but not that much with 2strokes.

Im going to run a full jog RR front end i think. not 100% set thought, Im working with my guy in denmark. As for the exhaust I will not be running Pm, I will be making some sort of custom chambers for sure. Also not too sure on the cylinders, I might test fit two individual bores, and have a head machined. Not too sure yet. Picked up the motor from a customer on facebook.

Yeah I too would love to get my hands on one of these. Whats the stroke on that motor? Twin KTM 65 barrels would be cool that would get you near 40hp |

Switch to united kingdom on eBay there are lots of these over there,only issue is some doesn't ship and some say ask seller for a shipping quote,I almost got one before I started my morini l.c build and surprisingly there not too expensive, I almost got a running one in great condition for $275 shipped,there a dime a dozen over there!!Edit:Never mind there are none now 6 months ago they were flooded with them!! Runners and rollers take your pick,now there are not even one?Crazy!!!
