Yes I picked it after work and just got home now (11pm) from a good rip. I used a heat gun as suggested here between coats and kept heating randomly for the last few days before having it put on.
You know it's good when you can't stop grinning when riding it, I can't believe the difference. Wow. Lol.

Exhaust is installed and all I can say is wow... Way more of difference then I thought there would be also much louder after reading it was only slightly louder then stock. Here's some pictures.   Pipes can make a HUGE difference to a 2 stroke. |

Made a believer out of me! Also, the service manager at the new yamaha dealer near me had a little bit of doubt when I made the appointment that it would make any difference. Today after driving it they want to start carrying after market pipes with rollers and springs after seeing the difference.

This has only been known since the 1950's. Where the heck have they been? Good that you educated them. Better late than never. Bill |

Lol.
On a very slight decline I was going almost 80kmh (by the speedo, no idea how accurate it is). How much more power could I get? Or is about making it quicker off the line now?

These 2Ts can get in the 25-30HP range with high end racing parts. That's not for everyone though. A street/sport 70cc with a suitable pipe will usually last a long time and doesn't cost a small fortune.
