hi, now i have sold my aprilia rs50. its time for a new project. got myself a yamaha aerox 50 2t. the plan is to rebuild/mod it first for daily use. maybe later i will be making it into a show scooter that i still can drive daily. i plan to use this setup; stage 6 street race 70cc(simple 70cc for daily use) doppler race crankshaft with polini skf c4 bearing kit. stage 6 subframe stage 6 cnc rear facing manifold(cnc spacer)with ring for 19mm dell ortho carb) yasuni r. mallosi mhr overrange kit malossi fly clutch transmission gearing will be stock.but with new bearings like every bearing will be new. kiesler aerox rearfender. Doppler Pneumatic Shock new DMP wave brake rotor(rear) with malossi sport brake pads. wheels will be a custom purple paint engine will be custom golden paint, think im going with golden flakes. got a stripped down engine for cheap that i will use for the rebuild so i can keep driving my aerox daily. got it back from the soda blaster and installed the transmission/gearing bearings and skf c4 crankshaft bearing. pics of some goodies that i already have. funny that its says 49cc but its 70cc good for the cops. next package is already on his way:) jeffrey

Looks like you're gonna have to grind the ribs back a bit farther for the over range. That's what it looks like from the pic anyway. Gonna be a nice build though!

Nice build. I really liked the way the street race makes power. Just a great kit for the road.

got my brand new right(ignition side) carter:) the old one had too much play for the crankshaft bearing.. bearing did fit/fall in without heating/freezing.. also got my rear brake disc with new brake pads. i went for the malossi sport ones im told they have a bit more "bite" paid the same price as for the "normal one"..also got the WRONG sparkplug.. orderd a ngk be9s but they send my a ngk race be10s.. a bit useless on a simple streetsetup.. so have to buy an other one. New plans on the paint for the carters/engine.. i go with (high gloss)black base, gold flakes with voodoo violet candy on top of it and some 2k cleat ofc. i hope i can start building this weekend.. just waiting for some more freeze spray

Shoulda went sportpro would have been a very good setup. Well i went with the streetrace for the cast iron and 2 piston rings, and 10hp is enough for daily. Sportpro is a lot faster about 15hp but its single piston ring and alu. single piston ring does wear down a lot faster... but thats also why i went with the doppler endurance race crankshaft and c4 so i can always switch to a faster/high rpm. cilinder. but i wont get the sportpro then i will go with the stage 6 racing mk2 can do 20hp.

When it's ready make sure you do a (GPS) top speed run. Try making it in the 70mph club! 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/11206/scoot-speed-list
