Today was good weather and I got some work done. I took the carb off the scoot and cleaned it, added a fuel filter to the fuel line, fixed the hose what starts from cylinder head cover and ends on the exhaust (I do not know how that line is named) and closed that hole on the airbox hose: If tomorrow is also good weather, then I maybe need to take on the Gear Oil change. I have a LIQUI MOLY SAE 75W90 (TS API GL4, GL5) one bottle. Is that good to put on my scoot or do I have to buy something else?

the hose from the cylinder head cover is the breather. and I think its meant to joint up to the hole in the air box hose its not important that it is attached thow, it just allows the pressure inside the engine to equalise as the cylinder goes up and down.

I was wrong about the gear oil, that I have. I told that I have LIQUI MOLY SAE 75W90. Realy I have LIQUI MOLY SAE 85W90.
I did put that on my gearbox - is it fine or do I need to change it to 75W90 instead?

The old rear shock was little bit too soft, so I brouht new 330mm. That rised my scoots REAR END by about 20mm or 2cm. The spring is wider than the old shock´s spring, so distance between rear tire and spring is about 5mm

The scoot´s seller said, that he did change the rear tire. I do not know witch rear tire he ment - his car maybe. I did notice the difference between front and rear tire: The front tire centre groove is seen on the picture, but the rear centre groove is badly seen. It is hardly seen. Now I need to change it too. This Scoot has lighten my money by almost 650€ - That incluses: the registration and Insurance, new rear taillight , new horn, oval lock, brackdisk lock with alarm, new clutch (not changed jet), new drivebelt (not changed jet), New rear shock, rain cover, TTO tach/hour meter.

Today I was riding and the tire came off the rim and scoot´s rear started to slide insanely. I was lucky, that the speed was low. Scoot almost kicked me off the saddle. I staid on the scoot and hold on - HARD. Then I ride about 1k with the flat tire with 10km to 20km per hour. The scoot was sliding and bouncing on the road, like a Wild Mustang. Now I need to change the original sh**y valve stems and both tires front and rear. I think that will be about 100€. That includes 2 tires, 2 stems + the tire swap at repair shop. I do not want to experience this "Wild Mustang Thing" again.

Today I changed the drive belt. Old was 669 15 30. The new 669 18 30. First, I tought, that I have to take the variator off, but I managed to pull the starter gear off at little angle. Then I had room to change the belt. With that I saved 12€ of workshop cost. On the picture scoot has the old belt: Also I wanted to change the clutch, but I did not have the 38mm Socket, to turn the larger nut off, so I have to think some other way to change that without trouble. When I can change the clutch too, then I will be saveing another 12€, that workshop asks for changeing the clutch. NEXT to DO LIST: 1. change the rear tire, 2. valve stems, 3. fix broken plastic panels with fiber repair kit 4. fix the scratches on some of the plastic panels and paint them (metallic gray and metallic orange) 5. Remove the stickers (maybe paint new design) 6. Buy and change the mirrors 7. paint the CVT cover metallic gray 8. buy and change the grips and throttle assembely 9. buy and design a windshield 10. change the front brake kit (pads and disc) + bleed the front brake 11. buy a reinforced rear luggage rack 12. Change the Variator 13. Change the carburettor (MAYBE) The metallic Orange is so beautiful under the sun:
