Now wrap it with tape and foam so it doesn't get messed up while you're working with it.

Its going to get dirty and scratches anyway, unlike some people i ride the shit out of my scoots  I realized a couple of atvs back that they dont stay purty for long when its ridden daily popping curbs amd what not. There is actually a bump on the way home i hit at aboit 40 when traffic allows and i get a bit of air and since its down hill i fly a good 5 ft forward! |

All those big 500cc single 2T's are built super mild as no humans could handle full roadrace specs,,vibes and traction are a big concern also,but hey,,didnt Maico build a 700cc single??  |

nelsoneither your hand is big or that radiator is smaller then I thought. Which is great to build into a small Jog or Honda. Do you have specs? Dimensions? And why 10hp only, does that mean you need more radiators if you go above 10hp?
