All those big 500cc single 2T's are built super mild as no humans could handle full roadrace specs,,vibes and traction are a big concern also,but hey,,didnt Maico build a 700cc single??  Or kz750? The tripple i believe be nice cafe racer |

nelsoneither your hand is big or that radiator is smaller then I thought. Which is great to build into a small Jog or Honda. Do you have specs? Dimensions? And why 10hp only, does that mean you need more radiators if you go above 10hp? Its not huge but i would say it will have no issue keeping a 70 cool. Its was made for a cr80(honda) dirtbike, I would say 12in tall x 5 wide x 2 inches deep. Its gonna fit into the front plastics somehow! Its a bit wide but i think it will fit between steering stem and edge of front plastics. You got it backwards, shiny radiators add hp and then you need more engine! |

The tripple i believe be nice cafe racer Zabel 700 sidecar engine. Or the MTH 650. My cr500 has an ex-sidecar engine in it. Ported big bore cylinder and lowered compression for a wider powerband. |

Dunno, thats just how MX sidecars look i guess. Maybe something with sideway forces on the front wheel during cornering? |

 Got brackets welded on and radiator mounted. Plastics were cut as well, dont want to show that pic just yet as its pretty crude. There is absolutely no room for a radiator but i got most of it hidden. Will show when done. And last but not least my wife sleeping on the garage floor, ahhh true love. A yoga mat and a fan and ahe slept for awhile!  |

I a question im pretty sure i know the answer to. The pump and cylinder have 3/4 nipples that jave to be reduced down to 1/2 in. I bought some reducer fittings just wonder if this will be an issue with gph. Will it flow enough? The radiator has 1/2 nipples but is made for an 80cc dirtbike that gets ridden hard. Any input? Thanks in advance

Ok, here it is at the moment. I just don't really like tje look of it, without mounting ot sideways on front of bike it wasnt going any place else. Amd it scares me as i had a heater core bust once and poured out on my toes, they had a recall bit i didn't get the memo..my toes were boiled. Hope this thing holds up!  |

Looks fine!Seen stuff in front of an enclosed fairing with no way for the air to flow through..Just cus it aint pretty,dont mean it aint fast!!(southern talk..)  |
