Not much room on the short case rear for a 12" wheel that will not be much bigger than what you already have.

I'm talking with a buddy of mine, an experienced welder by trade, and we're looking at going a custom bobber route with the frame in the coming weeks. Currently planning it all out and trying to find a gas tank to use. Will keep updated as things start taking shape!

Theoretical idea, can i do a final chain/belt drive from the rear output axle to a fixed wheel? Like atv/gokart?

So i'm finding i blow through a tank of gas in 30 miles. Is this typical of a 2T? I believe my tank holds about 1.3-1.4 gallons...

You should get more then 30 per tank, 30 per gallon would be better. Are you filling up at the pump or a gas can? If from a can maybe your putting less in then you think you are.

I'm filling at the pump. My routes are all gps'd for distance and logged as of now as my stock speedo/odo doesnt work, but my routes show roughly 30-40 miles on an average 1.3 gallon fill/mix

I'm at 35MPG most of the time with T2's 103cc/21mm PHBG. It's been that way with many engines. I can get 50MPG, but I have to ride slower. Check tire pressures when fuel consumption is high and make sure you aren't seeing any leaks. Could be a rich tune.

I think even with the stage 6 racing and c16 I was getting roughly 40-45 mpg

Could also be the way you ride 😈 I'm constantly running the piss out of my scooter. Full throttle everywhere, revving constantly like a teenager. I'm sure that may have an effect on mpg.

True point. I'm sure my mpg will get better when i start having throttle to spare while cruising too

Are there any minarelli- based trikes out there? I've seen a few 150cc 3- wheel scooters, maybe the rear end from one of those would work.
