What's crazy is that you can't hardly see that piece of art with the clutch in front of it. That is unfortunately true. So it is all about performance and not visual then. Anyways, I got a very fair deal from Ryan so the CVT stuff is done. Except for the clutch bell.

So he gave you a good deal on the rest of the cvt and then robbed you on the clutch bell? Sound just like something that he'd do.

That list is getting pretty short now. Yep, indeed it is. If all goes well this week I'll be able to order the Roost kit. Then a few more small bits and pieces like radiator hose, clutch bell and bearings and I should be good to go. I think putting all together will take a bit time since I am sure problems will arise. I am a bit worried about the Iggy setup and radiator stuff, I have never done that.

I can’t wait to see how it compares to boostcrzy’s 2fast 70cc.

Any reason why you shied away from the DR clutch? Hell if any thing I found it to be to aggressive. Works great on my Zuma lc 86cc, but is a little dicey on the 103cc Zip. Particularly on damp days it is grabby. Oh, and the HD clutch & pillow spring kits are too much $$$.
But it hits good, holds tight.

CorrosionWhat is a DR clutch? You mean the HIT clutch by Dr. Pulley? I have the 105mm HIT clutch, yeah she bites very good but once those springs are faded it is gonna rip a big hole into your wallet. I needed the green springs but they only sell the whole spring kit for something like $60 excluding shipping. And I never ever wanna have to swap regular springs again it is such a pain in the ass especially with those super stiff springs. Currently I use the 105mm Polini 2G Evo2 clutch and she also bites good and the springs can be swapped with ease and you can make minor rpm step adjustments. Hell the Polini clutch in the picture above 2G Evo3 cost me $60 that is the price I would usually pay for the HIT spring set.

I was considering many options at first. MXS GP90 green head. Then the Stage6 R/T 70 orange head. And also the 2Fast 70 blue head. Finally went with the simple looking Roost 70 because nobody in this forum has used it and it is not as pricey as the 2Fast. According to the description it should output 24hp out of the box. I currently run a Malossi MHR Replica which probably puts out 10-12hp and I am having a blast with it. I can only imagine how much 24hp will feel like.
