I couldn't find where dude got his gasket kit, but I know that the JET BLOCK gasket doesn't come in the normal rebuild kit, but that you should also get one. I was lucky with my carb being almost brand new and so I didn't need a rebuild kit and that's why I can't tell you a good place to get one. Sorry

JwhoodNo not yet. But even if they would have those parts shipping is too expensive. Even if I order 1 screw shipping cost me $17 minimum. The autotech guy on ebay has a rebuild kit and charges $14 for shipping. But he doesn't have the screws and needle. It's a pain in the bottom to find a store that has everything. I don't want to pay $15+ shipping for one tiny needle or 4 screws.

All of those parts you should be able to get locally at either Honda, Kawasaki or Yamaha. Not sure about the jet block gasket as it doesn't show up on a parts list.

I can get anything here but if you would see the prices you would probably do the same as I do, import! One thing I hate about the Japanese is their pice policy everything is overpriced. Why does a brand new Keihin 28mm PWK cost fewer overseas than here? That just doesn't add up. And I'm not talking about OKO or other copies. Rebuild kit would cost me here $60! Insane!

Are you saying someone here should get the kit and ship it to you?

Are you saying someone here should get the kit and ship it to you? Someone (you?) should get the kit and "present" it to me. Just kidding of course. No, I'll order the stuff myself and even it'll cost me shipping I get cheaper away than buying inside Japan. Sounds crazy but it's the sad truth.

I don't have the lock washers (spring washers) on mine. Just the screws and a dab of loctite.

Its probably cheaper to get it overseas then. A rebuild kit fits into a small envelope which keep shipping prices low.
Id say you can get a rebuild kit for about 10-15 euro/dollar?
