Thanks guys. Now I know what kind of Jets I should get and what to start with. PIGWell, I have changed my mind a couple of times already and did the math on parts with various setups. There is a hyper race kit that comes with the Roost Havoc 70cc cylinder and the matching Roost pipe for a fair price. I think that is the kit I'm gonna get. I could change my mind if I find a better deal on a different cylinder though or if there is a good sale like the one I just missed (black friday and cyber monday) Roost 70cc Roost pipe Malossi 85 conrod crank 28mm PWK MVT DD Iggy That's the current plan. |

That's gonna be scary fast! Can't wait to see it in action. I'm going to have to swap my motor into my prebug if I wanna try keeping up with you guys. No way my tank of a Zuma is going to keep up with these light weight jogs. I just wonder how they'll handle at 80+. The heavy ass Zuma is smooth as glass, it's got that going for it.

My red Jog does 95kph (59mph) at least that was max speed I ever reached in a suburban area. Scary! On 10inch wheels it doesn't feel safe at all.
My goal is fast acceleration from traffic light to traffic light and good throttle response.
You could buy a "cheap" Vino or Jog and swap your beast into it that would be scary fun.

Looking for a PWK 28 rebuild kit or the following parts.
- Top gasket
- Float gasket
- 4x screws M4x15 (with that little washer in it)
- JJH needle
I checked around and found a couple addresses but I just wanted to check with you guys first before ordering. Maybe one of you guys know a place where I can get all those things so that I don't have to pay 2-3 times shipping.

I got my jets with one of my big orders from maxiscoot and the needles I got somewhere that birdman told me about, which I can't remember. I'll go look on another site at a thread on where to get the rebuild gaskets and get back to ya. |

Yamaha, Honda, KTM dealers maybe. 2t MX bikes all use(d) the Keihin PWK carbs. They must have parts for the PWK. |
