oldgeek The goal is to use Aerox cases with Front/Rear disc setup. Just out of curiosity I checked the 5BM cases. If the crank would fit in a 5BM case then it sure will fit the Aerox cases. I have no access to the install manual of the MXS kit so I won't know how much exactly I have to cut until I buy and get that Kit which could be still a bit further down the road. I just want to make sure that the task ahead is not more then I can handle. If that would be the case then I must go down on the cc and use something smaller like 70cc Polini Evo, 70cc Stage 6 R/T or something similar.

It's early X-mas this week. Parts start to come in almost on a daily basis.
Iggy (Big thank you to spaz12. He knows for what.)
Keihin 28mm PWK ! Got it really cheap with intake and reed block. They had it around for over 1 year starting at 17900 Yen then it dropped down to 12900 Yen and now they had a 50% off sale so I got it for 6450 Yen! That's around $60!!! I just need a rebuild kit to replace the gaskets and all the screws and it is good to go again.
Here is what I got thus far regarding carb parts info.
Slide: 3.5 ( ? ) Needle: N68A Float: has a very small 14 stamped on it. MJ: #132 PJ: #40 Atomizer: unknown
What are the stock Jets usually inside it? What slide is good to have? There seem to be different slides available. #3, #3.5, #4, #5
The Aerox engine should hopefully arrive in the next few days. Tracking number says customs Japan!

My Keihin was off a Kawasaki KX 85 and came with a 140 main and a 45 slow (pilot) jet and a JJH needle.

I've had all different jets in mine over the years. The 3.5 slide is standard, usually 45 pilot and a 142ish main. Needles are to the application. Nice parts score!

Most motors I've tuned have been in the 140 range 138-148) and pilots it the upper 40's low 50's. When I get home I'll get you the jetting that was on the 77 with good EGT's.

I'm using a 135 main, 52 pilot and a JJH needle. What cylinder did you decide to go with?

I'm running a 137 main and a 52 pilot with JJH. I haven't had a chance to tune mine though, so those numbers could change.

With my 28 Keihin I was running a 138/45 JJH with a modified air box. Max egt was 1050-1100 wfo, cruise was 800-900 iirc. Every setup CAN be different so don't just go with others have run. 2 identical setups could be May sizes apart.
