Tsimi, have you read Graham Bell's book? If not, buy it. You'll love it!

Tsimi, have you read Graham Bell's book? If not, buy it. You'll love it! No I haven't. I am not good at reading books. Always falling asleep after 1-2 pages. Is there a movie? I am a modern era human we don't read anymore.

Interesting to see is the cylinder skirt is lot thicker similar looking to a 50cc. I guess for better stability and heat resistance?

Better put the circlips in right! That piston could slip out the export port undetected.

LoL, no pressure please. I need one scooter to get to work, daily. Therefore I have to time everything since I am about to swap the front and wheels on my Prebug. Roadmap:- Prep the Aerox engine to fit the cylinder, crank, setup Iggy and OR CVT stuff.
- At the same time strip apart the whole front of the Prebug and swap in the Aerox fork, naked handle bar and Aerox wheels and convert to front disc setup.
- Once that Prebug is done I can start to strip apart the Jog and figure out how to mount the radiators and what needs to be cut away on the plastics.
- And then I can start to mount the Roost engine and try to fire her up.

Patience, patience.
I don't have a garage so everything has to be done in house. I can't grind around late time, wife wouldn't like that. I will try to get the cases done during weekend. I also need to get some wheel painting done aswell.
Any one know of some 10 inch tires that have a higher speed rating than J ?

Did a quick test grinding to see how it feels. The engine material/meat is harder than I thought it would be. I think I should be able to get it done without issues. Oh and yes...."chips are flying!" ...or something similar right?

Tape off the areas you dont want to grind... that way if the dremel skips you wont be super sad!
