Watercooled peugeot speedfight 2 malossi mhr rep 70cc. 21mm dellorto phbg Yasuni c16 Pvl/hpi innerrotor Race crank Race clutch Malossi/polini/stage 6 overrange cvt setup.
Thats would be a good startingpoint
Edit: i see you have your parts list complete already? Whats your question exactly? Do you need building instructions?

Can you help me? Pfew...engine building advice. Im assuming you dont have any experience but know the basics of building an engine. Im not gonna write whole stories here. Im gonna give you some keywords and hints which you have to google and study yourself. Ill give you some pointers too. Always work in a clean, tidy and non humid enviroment. Always thouroughly clean the parts you are using before you start working with them. Make sure you don't use the 'hot cold' method when mounting the crank. Heat cases to 110 celcius and put bearing in first. Then heat bearing innerring with gas soldering pen until yellow/gold discoloring appears. Then drop in crank. NEVER use force to mount the crank. Dont put the crank in the fridge/freezer due to moist. Always measure ring gap, file ends back if needed. Use 2t oil to pre lube the cylinder and piston before you mount the cylinder. Always check squish clearance. Always check compression. Always do a leakdown test. Always torque headbolts down with 11nm. After a short warmup period retorque head with 11nm.

Lucass2T Please share some links where peugeot speedfight 2 go fast goodies are being used on Honda AF16 engines. Or any info. I have never seen an LC conversion on a Af16 engine using this type of cylinder config. If the Peugeot/Honda share some similarities would be even better it this could be a bolt on option to complete the conversion. My apologizes to scootadik for hijacking, but this would open up so much more options for the AF16/SC10 engine platform for build options.

hi gsx600racer, here's my list of parts right now. oko 24mm flatside koso pulley 47mm MTRT Block kit oko 24mm flatside ct manifold keli clutch racing bell stock TD SEF Power pipe clutch center spring KOSO 1k RPM Looks like you are off to a good start. I am not familiar the "47mm MTRT Block kit". Most(as well as myself have gone with the Polini Corsa or Malossi sport or MHR kit with very good success. Depending on the miles on the engine now, you might consider replacing the crank, crank bearings and crank seals too. As for the build, Lucass2T covered a lot of basic build info. The CT intakes are notorious of leaking. Make sure you sand all mating surfaces on a surface block(or a qualified flat surface) Iv got a Polini Corsa build thread here that's pretty in depth. All tho its a Kymco ZX50, the engine is (SC10) which is 99% clone of the Honda AF16. You also might want to check out ryan_ott Honda Elite build, oldgeek Kymco ZX50 build, & Kymco SC10 Engine build
There is tons of info in all the threads to get you started.

I recently saw somewhere Lucass2T mention the Peugeot Speedfight 2 cylinders fit the AF16/SC10 stuff. I took a look, and the AC stuff looks like it would work from looking at the pictures. WoW! What a world that opens up! Lucass is the MAN!

I quote: I picked up another Peugeot Speedfight cylinder, it is a direct bolt on to a Dio.Read more: 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/17790/twinspreeio-exercise-stupidity#ixzz4W436vp6cPeugeot engines are 90% the same as honda engines only with different engine mounts. Check out my thread and compare the Peugeot cases, cylinder, gearcover reeds to any Honda AF16/18 engine... For some reason all these honda guys go with old, outdated aircooled cylinders like the Polini corsa while there's so many superior plug and play stuff is available. Im really suprised why nobody is adopting the watercooled Peugeot cylinders

That single ring Airsal kit rips on a piggy motor. I only see the exhaust flange being different. The Peugeot's look like they stick out more from the cyl. Honda/Kymco Peugeot Nothing that a grinder and some welding on the pipe that cant be corrected.

You just might see the first "watercooled Peugeot cylinder" with this guy(me) once things pick up(work). Iv spent hours looking at RacingPlanet site comparing the two and google images of the Peugeot. Thanks again.

That Stage6 cylinder with the bridged exhaust gets my vote.
All those parts are great but without changing out your gears you'll just be doing wheelies. 9:1 is a good place to start, you keep acceleration and get a nice top speed. Also make sure your tires are rated for the speeds you plan on driving at.
