These people have stopped responding to my emails altogether now. Time to sue. I will happily give $558 to my lawyer so that he can get the same $558 back from these crooks rather than just let them keep it.
AVOID THESE PEOPLE FRIENDS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

This is their response to my complaint to the BBB about them. Everything that was sent to the BBB about these people matches their ebay ID. Name, Address, phone numbers, web sites, everything.
"05/25/2011 Receive Business Response This person must have our repair shop mixed up with some other copmay, There are 3 Hollywoods Cycles in the USA, We are a repair shop. We do not send or sell motorcycle type bikes. We are only a repair shop. We only sell used bikes. We do not sell New Retail nor do we ship anything!!! If This person believes they have purchased something from our shop then he/she will need to show a receipt from our shop. Also we only accept cash, We do not take checks nor do we own a credit card machine. We only deal with locals. If you do business with our shop then you have had to walk in our front door."
Well thats a 100% lie.

you paid with a card they should have a phone number for the account that acepted the chrage and this the card company should be able to give the bbb also forward any and all emails to the bbb if it wanst a 800 number give them a copy of your phone bill if you made any calls

UPDATE: Upon finally speaking to Goldenvale Inc. today, I was told that the issue would be sent to the "higherups". Its a start. However, the nice young lady said that if the caim was denied from Goldervale she would put a shipping claim, (it was not on a pallet after all). Either way, it seems i will be gitting the $558 back. cheers
