5'10" 280lbs. 3-4 days a week. Got so big in one workout my arm turned green. Holy smokes, bro, you're huge!! I guess you're doing lotsa power lifting?

It's called pre-workout powders. And the occasional steroid cycle. What kinda pre-workoot? never done steroids and never will. just no interest in poking meself. heh I may look into me having low testosterone. I don't know what my level is, but I've heard this may be someting to fix..??

I go to Planet Fitness three times a week. Mostly for a little cardio on a bike and work my old torn shoulders. It is helping the shoulders and I feel better and a little stronger. I still look like an old man and always will, -because I am. Plenty of old geezers at the gym. Glad you go! this gives me motivation!

I don't know what my level is, but I've heard this may be someting to fix..?? Not sure how old you are, but I'd go get blood work done and see what your test levels are at. Testosterone levels naturally drop as we age. If your low your doctor may start you on TRT ( Testosterone replacment therapy) It will change your life dude, get your levels checked. This goes for all guys, not just bodybuilders etc. That's a big reason why older dudes get fat and grow tits and there wieners don't work as good as they used too. To much estrogen and not enough testosterone.

Torn bi-cep / forearm. Still maintaining 260lbs now. And I'm in serious doubt that yes my weight will affect my overall top speed. Jesus, you sure that RC-one is gonna have enough power to move your big ass. Your a fricken Tank dude! I just got back from a chest workout, place was full of babes

Then try 1.M.R. But there's a ton of new stuff out there. Anything with Caffeine, B-vitamins, and BCAA's will work. Definitely get your T tested. It has a lot to do with how you feel motivation wise. With testosterone supplementation you'll want to do anything. More often. With confidence. I've only taken the pill form. Along with Dianabol for strength. Conquer anything life could throw at me type feeling.

Forget all the chemical shit. Just go to the gym. Find a Planet Fitness near you if possible. People don't laugh and point there. There are no 'chemicaly augmented freaks' or 'just pick them up and put them down' gym Zombies there, -Just regular ordinary people. Membership is cheap, it runs $15/month to start if you don't want to commit to a year's use. Otherwise it is just $10/month with a pro-rated annual dues payment in February. I started with the $15/month and after a couple months 'downgraded' to a $10/month membership since I intend to keep going. They are open 24/7 so it is easy to 'find the time'. www.planetfitness.com/

I have been going for years. Never gotten really big, but always used to have a six pack. Came off the bike about seven years ago. Broken arm and could not train for about eight months. Never really regained the weight, or my six pack Going to get in better shape this year. Not started too good though as I keep putting my back out. As I have got older it does get harder to stay in shape. One thing I do find though it is easier if I go to the gym on the way home from work. Especially in the winter as you are less likely to go out again if it's cold and wet

'O'Verse Man that is very bad tuning right there! The best way to gain some take off power and top speed is by loosing body weight. Cheapest tuning there is. 140-150 lbs is racing weight. Look at all the great names like The Doctor, Marquez, F1 drivers.

Well, there are some people with chemical imbalance... and I'm sure I'm one of them. I wish it was simple as just going to the gym... truth to tell. I know doing anything physical, will make anyone feel better and more motivated (positive circle cycle), but getting "started" is the difficult part for myself, personally...

Lose some weight???
Get a long neck beer bottle. Cut off the bottom with a glass cutter. Knock the top off the bottle leaving a razor sharp edge. Get out your shop vac and tape the bottom of the bottle to the end of the hose. I've managed to lose about 187 pounds (if Google's conversion is correct, 85kg and counting) through mainly diet and walking. Really need to start hitting the gym now, am struggling to drop the last 10kg and build some muscle.
/Mowing multiple lawns everyday is a decent workout haha
