Who needs a gym with scooters like mine? I randomly get to push scooters for miles. I've always got plenty of ratcheting and wrenching to work the forearms. Lift the engine in and out. Yoga pants are optional.

Been a gym rat most of my life. I go 6-7 times a week. Have you seen the fitness chicks nowadays? If that don't get your ass to the gym nothing will. No but honestly, if you don't really want it, it won't happen. Being and staying in shape is a 24hr commitment. Either you love it or you hate it.

you know you can't go 7 days, pig! you need at least 1 or 2 days for recovery, and not to overtax the muscles for proper growth...
But seriously, I did 5 days a week and had withdraws that I didn't go the sixth... I'm so fat now, and so down, I need different approach to get back into working oot...
" if you don't really want it, it won't happen." Obviously this is the issue. Makes me more sad.

With the proper supplementation, sleep and diet 7 days a week is doable. I'm in the no such thing as over training camp. Just start like a Monday, Wednesday, Friday split for now. Hit each body part once a week and slowly ramp up the weight, and intensity. Worst thing you could do is try and lift like you used to and hurt yourself. Are you bodybuilding or powerlifting? What's your goals?

It's called pre-workout powders. And the occasional steroid cycle.

I go to Planet Fitness three times a week. Mostly for a little cardio on a bike and work my old torn shoulders. It is helping the shoulders and I feel better and a little stronger. I still look like an old man and always will, -because I am. Plenty of old geezers at the gym.

Oi, perhaps this is working on a subconscious level (and obviously this is what i wanted to get going), because i was actually entertaining the thought going to the gym last night... heh. Yeah, good idea. Maybe I just battle the "get your arse into the gym", and take that into a psychological win for the day/week, and hope for the positive cycle to start in me head... No, definitely a firm believer in the "proper form is critical and concentrate on the negative and proper stretching between sets" kinda guy... Goals are "to lose tons of weight and look like a CK model with shredded body so i could pick up tons of girls (and birds when i go to the UK) and be happy again."
