I just pic up a 2002 MZ Moskito AD 50 2 stroke that has a blown motor and I need to get a new jug and head kit. I wanted to up grade as large as possible without changing the crank. Please any suggestion that would be great. Also do I have to use the oil injector or can i just pre mix the gas instead ?
Thanks Frank

Welcome to the forum If your scoot looks like the one in this video, then it might be a Minarelli style motor: If it's a Minarelli style motor then you have a lot of options for top ends. It's usually not a problem switching from pump o premix. Some motors like the Kymco (I believe) need a block off plate, but they're available. There's also another thread on this forum that might be of help. Haven't read it, but found it in a Google search: 49ccscoot.proboards.com/thread/3280/49cc-mz-moskito-2002

Yes the Moskito's are Minarelli horizontal. You can go 70cc but would have to stay with the "sport" kits to keep the factory crank. You can go wild with the 70cc kits but they'll need a lot of performance supporting parts to go along with it ($$)...

Yes it is the exact scooter but green. Will I need to do anything other then plug the hole for the injector to pre mix gas? This is my first in counter with scooters, I have worker on motorcycles for many years never dealt with a automatic transmission before.
Thanks

I'd pull the pump out if I weren't going to use it. You'll have to plug the nipple on the carb/intake where the oil line goes. Don't want it sucking air.
Like Brent (90GTVert) said though, if running a street build it's not necessary to remove it. They are a big convenience in my opinion since you don't have to constantly worry about ratio's.
