Eagle should carry that fairing shroud you need. I remember seeing it before. I was looking for one because I plan on doing a Koso gauge setup for my kid and wanted to use a different shroud setup so I don't have to refabriate the original and can put it back the way it was if ever needed.

So, it will run for around 3 miles, then start sputtering when I try to get going again after stopping, then it will not work after turning it off for several (5+) hours. Im not sure what is going on with it, is it just that the engine has reached its limits?

Runs for 3 miles then starts to sputter.. hmm, that sounds like overheating. Your fan shroud is on yes? Could also indicate lean condition or poor gas flow. When you are able to run it, does it have good pick up?

It takes a few hundred feet for it to warm up then goes from 0 to 20 in 5-6 seconds at least, it barely limped the 1 mile home from the gas station, so Im going to wait a bit before trying to see if the fan is functional. A guy at the station stopped to help and thinks its either the spark plug or the "coil."

Can you make a video of how it sounds and runs after warming up?

IIm going to wait a bit before trying to see if the fan is functional. The fan should ALWAYS be turning when it is running, it's connected to the stator. The question I had, was do you have the shrouds on? Running without the shroud can overheat you real real quick.

The problem is that it wont start for a few hours after it is shut down, so I need to wait until it can start again

After around 10 attempts to get it started, i found that the fan is indeed working though to what extent is unknown

So AGAIN, I am asking you... ARE THE SHROUDS IN PLACE. I already know your fan is more then likely functional. I am speaking about these 2 items.

Well, the seat broke at some point, and when I sit on it, it pushes the carb out of place. Verify the carb is fully inserted in intake manifold . . previous images show carb was NOT.
Basic troubleshooting . . .

Also, my apologies about not giving you the information that you had requested, I seem to have missed that part of the message. Anyway, from what I can tell the shoud is on there, though I will send a picture of it in a few minutes.

If you don't want to spend a lot of money on a good carburetor ,you should get a glixal 20mm carb on amazon for 20$, but I would get a jet kit to. Always remember to tune your carb and not just throw in jets and hope it works. You can find information concerning tuning carb's from 90GTvert on this forum or YouTube. Welcome to the forum 😃

Ok, so I had a guy look at it in person, said the valves and timing need to be adjusted, how does one do this?

Ok, so I found some videos online about how to do it, had to use .003 inch thick paper to do it though as the only local place with a feeler gauge was only as small as .006, so idk how well I did. It has been pouring for around 36 hours straight here, so I haven't been able to test it. I took it for about 500 feet and it wasn't sputtering at all, so that is good I guess...
