I'm "almost" there. Kind of. I found a complete aerox front end for cheap, but it's in friggin england, so it's expensive/impossible to ship here. I was thinking of using a sr50 wheel instead, and just peicing together a front fork setup, but man that'll take forever. An aerox front would be "quick" cuz I can have my stock steering stem welded onto the aerox tree and just bolt the whole setup and wheel on, then get an adapter for the rim in back. Once I got it lowered on aerox wheels, I can just save up for this bcd kit and I'll have a pretty close replica.

The plastics i got came outta Italy and took forever to get here, but fit great. How long exactly was "forever"? 2 weeks? 1 month?

About a month. You "should" be able to find them locally I would think, tsimi, or order them from a shop closer to japan. Maybe maxiscoot in germany, or scoot-tuning

Yeah, maxiscoot has some of the parts but they want over 100 Euros for shipping and last time I ordered something from scooter-attack their packing style and material was not very good and i am worry that the panels might take damage during transport.

Btw, if anybody has some upgears for a zuma, let me know. I'm getting a slightly used overrange soon, and I need me some gears to go with it.

Birdman I'd love it if you got em. Here's a pic as of yesterday. I put on a new throttle cable, a green 72" universal one.

Put on a 24mm mikuni flatslide carb and boyesen rad valve. Also did a tnt adjustable oil pump and opened up the cooling shroud inlet. br] Also slotted my stator and added a capacitor to the pick up wire like 190mech posted. I've gotta new cylinder coming in a couple weeks, when it shows up I gotta adjust the timing and see how it works, then I'm getting my flywheel lightened to complete my cheap ignition setup!

The spark plug access door is actually plain white, so it doesn't match up. I ordered the wrong one :/

I see... But there is a plain white engine cover right? Most fairings are available in white or white metallic.

Yah I think so. I've seen a lot of different colors available, including "normal" white. You having trouble finding one? Scoot-tuning.com I think has em.
