Not really trouble finding one just wanted to confirm that there actually is one existing. I got these here yesterday. As you can see in the second image the colors don't match. I wanted to have plain white and not white metallic. They send me the wrong fairing. They're looking into the issue at the moment. Meanwhile I thought I do a bit of research on my own.

Man, I've been neglecting this one. I'll try to go back and fix the pics. So, now that I'm done at with my bugeye and have a pretty reliable bike to ride around and get groceries and ride to work on, it's time I finished my pre bug. And I'm thinking on offroad bike would be the most fun, and I really like the look of a stretched out sand quad with paddle tires, so I'm thinking of build something like this... But with a prebug zuma. And a horizontal longcase Mina race motor.

benjiYou haven't updated this topic yet. My crystal ball tells me you slapped on a mbk nitro front end. Was it a direct bolt on, plu n play or did you need to weld or cut something? Is that the fork with a headtube OD of 30mm?

I'm not sure the od, but it did fit. I think it's for a mbk nitro, but it could be from a booster someone put an aerox/nitro wheel on. Most nitro and aerox front ends I find seem to have the "step-down" that bugeye zumas have, and prebugs have a straight fork like older jogs or Vino's.
I also have a fork+wheel combo I got from overse I might use cuz it's gotta lotta travel and sits high.
I've also got a long rear shock, like 310mm I think, for the back. I think it's gonna get mild stretch (like "3) and a long shock in the back as well as a "7-"8 fatty w a sand/knobby tire, and a "12 alloy up front w a dirt knobby.

At one point I was going to put my aerox wheels and front fork on this bike, but the rear hub adapter I got ended up fitting my bugeye not the prebug (18 spline vs. 15 spline) so I put em on the bugeye. They were real big for this bike anyway, I think "12 up front is the biggest I wanna go on such a small bike. Prebugs are pretty short wheelbased compared to bugeye.

I think there are rare Aerox rear wheels with drum brake setup. Not sure about the spline count though. Here is a picture of one. I was thinking of converting my front on the Prebug, after I finish my LC build, since I will have a spare Aerox front wheel. I can get any fork the problem is I don't want to spend money on something that would not fit. From the image in the other forum I think you have a MBK Nitro 30mm front fork assembly. The 27mm has the carbon look forks on it.

The bws100 in Mexico (aerox 100 in Europe I think, I'm pretty sure that's what you've gotta pic of there) came with aerox-like wheels with a 130mm rear drum brake and 18 spline axle, bolt-on for u.s. bugeye zuma but very hard to find and rare. The legs im showing on www.2strokeassassins.com came with the fork and had the carbon look sticker wraps on them, but they were in bad shape so I pulled them off. I believe it is an MBK booster Fork tree with MBK Nitro/aerox fork legs, but not sure. It may be for a nitro, but I haven't been able to confirm that and I'd hate for someone to buy a fork on my word. If you look for a MBK booster Fork, that should fit your bike and be able to put on aerox front wheel on it. You shouldn't need an aerox or nitro fork if you find a booster fork. Just make sure you look at the photographs I would ever Fork tree you buy carefully. If it has a Straight Fork tube, it's probably for a prebug/jog. If it's stepped it's for aerox/zuma.

The Yamaha Slider/ MBK stunt forks won't fit as well. They are 32mm.

aeroxbudThanks, looks like the 27mm might fit since the triple tree is not stepped. There are are a few other triple tree and fork kits that might work like the CPI Generic.

Yup I've noticed most cpi forks fit the jog/prebug style frame. I put a front fork from a tng Venice on my jog.

I'm pretty damn sure the fork I bought was this one. Thanx aeroxbud, I was hoping one if our euro-riders would jump in and help haha. As you can tell, aerox parts are very popular pretty much everywhere aerox's weren't available.
