Here's a close up pic of mine... It looks like it hits the wheel but it doesn't. The wheel came from a wrecked aerox that the wheel came loose while riding. Hit the pipe n the caliper, marked it up and made it cheap haha.

Wouldn't it be easier to mount the Voca caliper adapter? Drill two holes and mount? Not sure but Spaz12 did something like that on the 77cc engine which overse has now. the voca adapter isn't bolt on for u.s. zuma cases, you need to do some "fitting" to make it work. The voca adapter is originally intended for the aerox block. Honestly, the more I think about it, the easiest way is probably swapping over to an aerox case. You can use most of your old parts too.

I don’t plan on going with big calipers just stock Aerox size, I’m using a brembo front so I’ll try to locate a brembo to match for the rear. So I think I can get away just making a mount out of some aluminum, I don’t think I need the off the shelf mounts to cut to fit. Thanks for the pics benji

That's what I did. Made my own custom mount out of some steel, then used a couple washers to shim the OEM caliper in there.

I took some time today to fit the trail tech gauge to the handlebar cover. Surprisingly it only took one take. A piece of kydex, some time with the dremel and some scrap metal for the retaining bracket and it’s all set. I still need to do all the wiring and trim the cover for a left side master cylinder but the most tedious part is out of the way.

That's a nice install, looks original. Thanks, I appreciate it. Kydex is good stuff for projects like this, everyone should have some at home. It molds easy with a heat gun and cuts easily with a blade or dremel. The textured side is a good match for scoot plastics. I’ve got my rear disc parts ordered so now it’s a waiting game. I’ll get the gauge wired up in the meantime.

Gauge wired up, panel trimmed for master cylinder and left master cylinder installed on bars. Now I’m just waiting for my rear caliper and adapter then I can finish up.

I just got notice that my adapter has entered the US. A few more days and I’ll have it and I can get the back wheel back on and get making smoke again. In the mean time I wired up and found an appropriate location for a fuel gauge. I also swapped the front brake line to match the rear, braided SS. Soon... I hate waiting.

How much did you pay for the fuel gauge?
