Thanks PIGI’ve spent a lot of time in the tuning details getting things just right and it shows. It may seem like the rpm and rollers are off but I can tell you this pulls much better where I’m at now (9,800) compared to when I had it tuned in the 10,500-11,000 range. It’s got really good torque. It just takes time to fine what the pipe and cylinder like. This fat ol’ girl will actually get the front wheel light. Once back together I’ll get some more videos up. tsimi These are in the $50-60 range. I actually had this on my Elite, sold it to spaz and got it back for the Zuma. They work well and are compact. eBay has $10 cheapies but they look it too.

That bracket looks thin on the pics. Is it sturdy enough to handle a larger amount of stress? For example when braking suddenly hard at higher speeds.
I also need that Stage6 rear stand. Gotta write that down on my still to get list.

I’m not worried about it, I think the sheer strength of steel is sufficient. It’s thicker then the shiny paint gives the illusion of. I gave it a good test seating the pads and it’s just fine.
I got my stand for a good deal. Buy one get one free, they are packed 2 to a box originally.

Something else...
How hot does the radiator liquid get? Found some hose here saying up to 60 degrees celcius. Is that enough?

I don't know exactly how hot your setup will run, but most radiator/heater hoses are rated to at least 250F/120C.

Not much going on here. Rear disc is working nicely. I did order a set of matching adelin calipers on the slow boat from China. Did some carb and cvt tuning with the nice weather this week and racked up some miles today. I think my silencer needs to be repacked already. Full throttle it’s getting pretty loud. Not horrible yet but soon it needs attention.

Yeah thats a nice health pack. Don't forget a tire repair set. You don't want to be leaving your scoot somewhere for the night because of a puncture.

I did think about throwing one in there but I also get free towing with my insurance. For the long rides it couldn’t hurt. Anyone ever try to fill a scoot tire from one of the co2 canisters things?
