Today I got everything together enough to take it for a 4 mile lap. Besides what I think might be spark knock at part throttle, let's just hope it's not the crank crying, it seems pretty good the first time out. I'm running 4.2 grams and a soft Polini blue spring, clutch springs could be tighter they are tHe HiT black ones, I'm currently at 45/110 w7 and 40 slide max temp was 275. I don't have a tach on it yet but I know the RPM's are high.

Sounds like a pod filter to me.
Myself, I'd go with a heavier contra spring. The ol trusty malossi yellow is my fav unless I'm dealing with a messed up TD and that's when I use the lighter spring. But that's just me.

I stole a tach off of another bike so I'm ready for tomorrow's testing. I might go with heavier rollers, we'll see. Here's my fancy kill switch and quick throttle, more of a on-off throttle.  |

Thanks, it was a pain getting my cable length perfect but well worth it in the end. I so hate a sloppy throttle where there's too much slack. |

That polini pipe makes good power, I really liked my on the prebug. Really similar to the C16 for power delivery, rpm etc.

True PIG It just keeps pulling. Hopefully I'll get this dialed in by the weekend, motor that is. I've got wheels and suspension to continue on. |

You may want to consider a W6 (richer) needle to go with the pod. It sounds good now though.

You may want to consider a W6 (richer) needle to go with the pod. It sounds good now though. I tried a W6 2nd notch from the top, way too rich 225 max temp. I only had full throttle or idle. You should of seen my neighbors. I'm going to try the W7 richer. |
