I'm just trying to pick away at this when I get some free time. Working on the carb today to get a decent tune, I was having issues getting it to pull any rpm then I realized I read the jet wrong I had a 86 in but I thought it was a 98. I grabbed a quick video of it reving out on a stand. I don't have a tach on it yet but I'm kind of impressed, not that it is the stock 10mm pin crank though I think I'll be changing that soon. I have all the switches to start swapping the bars which I'm thinking I'll be doing sooner the later so I have all the gauges I want in it without cluttering up the stock cluster. I just need to work out what I need for the stem and clamp.

After a ridiculous amount of yard work today I got some time to get my controls wired up correctly so I can retain key function and a proper kill switch. Followed by removing all the electric start parts so I can make room for an overrange. I'm going to start out with 4.2gr and see where that gets me. Anyone else have issues fitting a HiT clutch bell with an overrange, there's not many threads to catch onto. I'm thinking I'm going to need a tach on here... Here is my easy peasy way to swap clutch springs, instead of using your bench vise I just use a lag and washer right into my work bench. It's not going anywhere. Out with the old In with the new Clutch secured

I think I just made a discovery... I got a Polini wd Torsen arm for a clone that didn't fit so it's been collecting dust here. I did some quick measurements and I think it'll work on here. Yay me! I'll pull he exhaust tomorrow and confirm.

Pig is running a HiT clutch with the Malossi OR. If you notice that your TD isn't opening all the way I have some more of those TD/Clutch shims. That'd be hella cool if that Torsen bar fit

The clutch fits fine it's the bell. I'll look into it tomorrow I've had a long day as it is. I'm really hoping the Torsen fits! The adapter fits the axle threads and the length looks correct. Tomorrow...

So which ever ya need.

The Zuma and adly cases are the same length but the Zuma cases are wider at the pipe mount (adly also probably)than the aerox. Someone is running one on a Zuma but they had to trim the cases some to make it fit.

There is a Polini cast 70 kit that came with the bike I put on it. AC for now, I have plans for going LC probably once I kill this crank. When that happens I'm really leaning towards the metrakit prorace 3.

It could be cut but the motor would need to come out for that. Back to the shelf...

It is for an Aerox engine right? Don't want to sell it? spaz12 ? I would love to get one for my Aerox engine but I am far from driving ready.

Corrosion I think runs one. He trimmed the case a little and the arm a little to make it work
