the law here says if you receive 2 duis in 5 years its a minimum 3 years suspension and 3 in 10 is a minimum 10 year suspension. there are a handful of other offense that are equal to dui including reckless driving, which is what got me. I know more than a couple people who have had more than 3 duis in the last 5 years and still have a drivers license. of the ones I asked, they all said they spent a fortune on lawyers

It is definitely 'Who you know' that counts in any society regardless of the type of government.
Most of the time it's not fair to someone that simply made a mistake.
It also helps if you can afford the right attorney with the right connections or come off as some underprivileged piece of crap that gets the break from a Libtard judge even though he doesn't deserve it.
