Ya haha. I think I need to do some tuning. I'm gonna pick up a pipe and maybe a crank too, and I'm gonna swap out this carb too I think. Getting ready for an aluminum bore of some sort I think. This bike is running too good so I need to dick with it haha.

Too bad we are not living closer. I have a spare engine from my red Jog with MHR Rep 12mm aluminum cylinder, Stage6 HPC 12mm crank, 21mm Stage6 PHBG carb, Yasuni C16.07 pipe and a few other goodies.

Even if it didn't do much it does look nice and clean now. I wanna advance the timing and do what 190mech outlined in his ignition curve thread. Homemade Iggy. Riding not to the store an hour ago felt like it was accelerating better but hard to to tell kinda feels like it's riding slightly down hill if that makes sense. Just easier on it somehow. I figured the lightened flywheel would make it not as smooth as it is.

Yeah i know what you mean, makes sense. Just be careful when playing with the timing it can cause damage if set wrong.

After some tuning and some heavier rollers, she's doing better. Definitely faster but not by a lot.

Started losing power on long wide open throttle pulls. Did some investigating and found that the rings are bad I think. Only getting about 100PSI. Not sure if I'm going to order new Rings, or just save up for a new kit. A cheap set of rings with a piston is about 30 bucks, quality stuff is about two or three times that. A new aluminum bore is gonna be about $150 to $200. I got some thinking to do.
Ordered up a cheap piston n ring kit, hopefully it'll last until I get a new bore.

Been awhile since I updated this. I ended up with a couple of airsal t-6 kits from a good buddy of mine (thanx man!) And she's running really good right now. I have around 35.5g in the vario, and a malossi fly clutch with black springs, but probably gonna go with blue or red ones. Running a polini OR belt, I still need to do some tuniy and a top speed run. I picked up a stage6 pwk from someone but it's crazy leaky, I'm gonna have to break it down and replace all the gaskets. Still running the pro-rep but I'm planning on picking up a new pipe soon, not sure which one tho. Either yasuni c16 or maybe Athena. Current pics..

I’ve had both the Athena and the C16. You can’t go wrong with either but I’d go with the C16.

He got the scoot lowered. The C-16 is gonna scrape. The Athena, it think would have a bit more clearance.
If not you? The first guy you let ride it.
At least that is the way it seemed to me. And My Zuma, was not lowered. But the C-16 / city version....That may be completely different ballgame.

My bike is also lowered a bit and I’ve scraped every pipe I’ve had except for my current one. It’s a risk you take if you want that low low.

Yep pipe is dented, worried about the next one. The city16 looks like it may be better clearance wise. but hard to tell over the net. I think I'm home go with the yasuni unless I can find the Athena in chrome.
I don't let anybody ride it haha. No one.

Yeah. I am gonna extend the battery wires into the seat storage and mount a 6A (YTX7) battery. That should hopefully take care of the small issues I have. Just not sure where or how to extend the battery wires without cutting the stock connectors, still gotta do some homework there but it shouldn't be all too difficult.

You should be able to get 'ring' style connectors and use little bolts and nuts to adapt on to the oem wires.. i just cut em off and used butt connectors.
