Damn. Looks real good with Aerox wheels. If I only had the money for them lol, could buy them now but saving up for a new variator.

Thanx. Look for mbk nitro wheels, almost the same. Actually my front wheel is from a nitro.
If your getting a variator, save for a malossi overrange. Best variator available for minarelli. My kit cost $225 or so and it was a good deal. Totally worth it, besides losing the electric starter.
I got it put together and the brakes bled, new exhaust gasket and pipe bolted on. Fired it up, but it needs some carb work still. My float needs adjustment. Almost there tho. Im tempted to just ditch this mikuni and get a new oko or something.

Got the mikuni working and not leaking or overflowing. Now I gotta adjust the OR. I took it for a ride today and she was hitting like 11k, so I'm pretty sure I'm gonna need to order rollers n maybe a torque spring. I'm using the 3.8g rollers that came with it, I think I'm gonna order some 4.5g and see if it brings it closer to 8k or so during acceleration.

Added about 6 grams of Tin foil to my 3.5g set. Total weight is 28g.

The tin foil helped but it still needs more weight I think. I'm gonna order some 5g rollers and hope that'll do it. Also haven't got this damn mikuni fixed, it just pours gas out itself. I'm gonna pick up a new carb and new clutch and some rollers this week and hopefully ill be done with it and can start riding.

Ordered a new 21mm oko from a forum-er, as well as some led bulbs and 4.75g s6 rollers. They're not as heavy as I wanted but they were crazy cheap and I figure I can stuff tinfoil in them and make them work.

On your next parts order get some of the Stage6 tuning rollers. You can mix and match until you find the best weight. They are very long lasting and have replacement shells. They run about $23.

I can't seem to find that roller tuning kit in stock anywhere for 19x15.5. oh well. I'll have to fine tune using tinfoil I guess haha.

I gotta catch up on this thread. I haven't seen the tape on the UNI before... if anything I've seen the reverse... run it with the second foam layer off (the red portion). Interesting!

I gotta catch up on this thread. I haven't seen the tape on the UNI before... if anything I've seen the reverse... run it with the second foam layer off (the red portion). Interesting! The tape adds some restriction kinda like an air box. Helps make the tuning more consistent with weather changes but still not as stable as air box
