Now, if you started to make some nice large velocity stacks i will throw tons of carbs down your way.

How are you making out fitting your pipe?

Have not had time to even touch it other than the carb. Have had family visiting. Today or tomorrow I will be back at it.

I just had my S6 r/t 95cc out for the first time today. Only put like a mile or two on it, but was really impressed. Should be a strong running motor once I get it all tuned in.

Man, Rads suck. Everything always looks neat and clean till you throw rads in the mix. I refuse to just mount it to the front like 90% of the dio builds. I have currently a left and a right 1982-1985 YZ125 rad set, and a GasGas TXT trials rad. The trials rad is the winner currently, more tubes better cooling. I will be picking up a new one as this one is just a mock up one and the new ones are thinner and also dual pass. Option 1: Mount it down low on the front. I am worried about braking and scrubbing the front tire. Option 2: Side mount it. It's uglier, it requires more thoughtful ducting. Option 3: I think KTM 65 2010-2018 duals would work great.. but I can't find measurements of them anywhere... Bleh.

Have you checked how the scoots from the polini or malossi cup in Italy have done theirs?
And i think you'll get away with a smaller rad than those you have picked. Unless you're living in the desert and racing it. A 40+hp yz125 thats being stomped on for 20 minutes straight won't overheat, so a little 95cc won't either unless the coolant flow is restricted somewhere.
Id say start off with a single ktm 65 rad and work from there. I bet you'll be surprised how efficient it is.

I had a single YZ80 rad on the twins, no overheating. Problem is I am fussy, and if I am doing it once, I may as well do it to a degree where I won't have to worry about having to do it twice. The Malossi cup zips use a pretty hefty sized thin rad. So I shelled out 300 Schrute Bucks to get this. It is a 2014-Current GasGas TXT trials rad, dual pass.

Dang!I liked the custom bent one,,looked like many of the GP race bikes used that type... Haha, that rad was on a trials bike that ran away after a hillclimb and launched up a tree about 10 feet up and landed directly on a sawn off stump. On the side. On the rad. Its good for sizing tho and it has a neat rad cap I wanted to save.

11.5 x 6 x 1 7/8 thick
You could trim the 6" down a bit by shaving some tabs.
