It's never fun removing or mounting tires!  No fun at all. I still gotta mount my stretched tire on the 12x8... frustrating as hell. |

devhour3d I see you successfully mounted your tire. Nice! Fabrication work is done, bike disassembled, dropped off the parts to RPM Powder Coating.

Started to clean and organize parts as I wait for powder coating. I will also start rebuilding the left and right controls, paint the engine, rebuild the carb, paint a few parts and start on the wiring harness as I wait.   |

Thanks! Rebuilt the carb, opened up the slide vacuum port, clipped the spring, shimmed the needle and installed new jets. Also wrapped the header.   |

Yes it is powder coated, it's called "Shocker Yellow".
