So, I've got a malaghuti f18 w a water cooled 150cc motor. Kinda looks like a GY6 of some sort, and is had a disc brake on the rear w a "13 wheel. Should I try to wedge that in here?

You might have some issues with clearing the plastics with that 13" wheel but why not give it a try?

Maybe after it's running. That motor needs a cylinder and there hard to get and expensive.
My airbox arrived and I ordered the wrong part :/ thought I got a complete airbox, only got the sub-assembly. I already have that. I need the cover and the filter holder thing, as well a filter. I might just throw a Uni filter on there n call it good.

You just strapped it on to the oem intake? And then 38/78 on jets to compensate? Sounds easy..
What about all the other stuff plugged into the oem box? Just cap it or remove it?

 Here's another way w/o air filter..  Crankcase vent: Just add a small filter to it. Hobby shops have them for RC cars. Pair valve: Just cap it. Not needed. All it does is add air to the exhaust during heavy decel Cam Chain Tensioner: if vented , pull off PCV stuff and add small filter. Older Mets, 2004(?) and earlier are not vented nor have the PCV. www.youtube.com/watch?v=CG2hj_1FTBw |

Here's the set up on AngryWaffle. I connected the carb vent to intake. Not really necessary but it added a bit more throttle response. Ignore the stuff on the right of the carb......experimenting  |
