I never liked that style of mirror. Real cheap. Hell, most Chinese made mirrors suck.

 i think i know why she cuts out it could be because my CDI is limited yes/no thoughts? .

Maybe? I've never had one with a limited CDI that I know of. I assume most just won't let it rev beyond a given RPM, but I wouldn't think it would completely kill the ignition and make the engine die. Any symptoms after or does it just fire back on and continue like nothing happened?
Gauges look good.

see that's whats odd if i keep bouncing the throttle on deceleration it will come out of it, if i let it die it takes three or so tries to fire back up like it has no fuel left in the bowl.
yeah i used to make them for the zx2 escort community. i miss my escort it was one of my nicest engine builds to date. lol
:Edit: i wonder if the pump is to blame but idk it runs all day at thirty thirty five no problem just topping forty down hill it bogs down and dies if i let it.

I suppose you could try setting the float level a little higher and see if it goes away or at least improves, as long as you can do so without affecting the tune otherwise.

well i looked up all kinds of restrictions and so far my scooter has none of them. but I'm confused if it has no restrictions why is 30~35 the fastest i can go on the flat? i feel like I'm missing some important info about my 50cc GY6 engine.

30-35 is about normal for a 50cc GY6 on flat ground. I think a lot of the higher MPH claims come from speedometers that are off and/or some that happen to come with larger bores stock.
