yeah it is 70cc not 80cc you are right. it has been a long day for 80cc+ you need the next head up. but then you may run into issues still with the new head pushing the valves to far in. idk for sure it depends on the other parts used in the setup.

I bought a set of strap wrenches years ago hoping they'd be useful for the clutch and was less than pleased. They just hang on my wall and pretty much never come down.

I bought a set of strap wrenches years ago hoping they'd be useful for the clutch and was less than pleased. They just hang on my wall and pretty much never come down. When I first got my scoot I used a chain pipe wrench to hold the clutch bell to loosen the nut. It worked but like your strap wrenches it's been collecting dust for years now that I have an impact. Like this: I used a thick piece of metal with with two holes drilled in it to immobilize the crank to get the variator nut. Again it worked but it was a hassle. Those were the days... It was very similar to this:

it may be traded to a friend for his 150cc scooter he just bought. he didn't know he needed a motorcycle license to drive it. so i will get a 150cc he will get a 50cc. the scooter it self is not dead just the project. i do not plan on correcting him on anything he thinks i want a free 150cc scooter.

it looks like it will. now all it hinges on is the guy he is buying it from not skipping town with his money and the scooter. the basic run down is he went and had a contract drawn up, paid the guy for scooter but the guy gets to use said scooter till the movers come hopefully friday 9/9/2011 lol. at such time as the movers show up he gets scooter i take said scooter he gets my 50cc green meany i get 150cc beast. going to be named doombringer.
